The first and only Lender that actually could do what they said they could! Mr. Dan saved my butt and helped my wife and I with a HELOC when rocket Mortgage said it wasn’t an option even with 250k equity in our home. We were about to close on a refi at almost the same 8 ish percent interest only variable, so plus 25k in closing cost to cash out 20k when we originally started out needing and being promised 100k to pay down some personal debt that had accumulated from our business as we had been keeping operations running through the “end of COVID” era after scaling way up during the boom of 2020 to mid 2023 and then all the sudden nothing selling with the unexpected uncertainty of election year and a waining economy.
